The venue was modern, I enjoyed the stay and the location was easy just next door to Sannomiya station, Harborland and shopping in the center.

efficient check-in, super beds and generally perfect service. the staff did all they can for an incredible stay. the breakfast was great with lots of options. pretty much what i expected: classy hotel, well priced.

Downside was the air conditioning which was a little bit noisy.

Had an excellent time. We had a semi double room with pleasant views. It was individual and the bathroom was particularly well equipped.

breakfast had a hearty buffet option. totally great experience. kobe is worth city trip, sannomiya hanadokeimae subway station is 10 minutes walk for better exploring. the bed was comfortable, best sleep ever.
